GCS Inventory writes Parquet files into a GCS bucket. Create a BigQuery external table over those files, then query the table as a live metric.
  1. Load the inventory (or any metric table) into a BigQuery dataset that Costory can read.
  2. Go to Integrations, click + Add integration, then under External metric choose GCP.
  3. Follow BigQuery to grant BigQuery Data Viewer and BigQuery Metadata Viewer on the dataset, validate the project, and query the table in Advanced Explorer.
